Watching Accident Videos
I don’t know why but a lot of people enjoy watching accident videos – the most popular of which are car crashes, motorcycle accidents, skiing accidents, and skateboarding accidents. You will find a lot of these in YouTube and my hubby is among those who often watch this type of videos. Here’s one my hubby showed me:
While others enjoy this video much, I find it disheartening even when I don’t know how to skate. It makes me think that I shouldn’t allow my kids to try and learn skateboarding, especially if they are not wearing a knee brace for meniscus injury prevention. I’ve seen a lot of videos where kids take a lot of risk because they were experimenting and trying to learn stunts and tricks without wearing protective gears and braces which could have prevented meniscus and ligament injuries, as well as broken bones.
